What subscription plans does Resollo offer?

Resollo offers a Free plan (no monthly cost, no commission, limited product slots, fixed-price listings only) and paid plans: Basic, Standard, and Premium (monthly or yearly, higher product limits, more images, additional features). There is also a Commission plan (pay a percentage per sale, no monthly fee), a Custom plan for businesses, and a Promo plan for time-limited promotional slots.

Is there a free plan on Resollo?

Yes. The Free plan has no monthly cost and no per-sale commission. It includes a limited number of active product slots and supports fixed-price listings only. No credit card is required to start.

Does Resollo charge a commission on sales?

On the Free, Basic, Standard, and Premium plans there is no per-sale commission — sellers keep the full sale amount. The Commission plan charges a percentage fee per completed sale instead of a monthly subscription fee.

Can I use auctions on the Free plan?

No. Auction-format listings are not available on the Free plan. To list products with a time-limited auction and real-time bidding, a paid subscription (Basic or higher) is required.

What are AI credits used for?

AI credits power three features: AutoList (generates a full product listing from uploaded photos), AI Price Suggestion (suggests a competitive price based on similar listings), and AI Suggest (helps sellers evaluate and respond to buyer offers). Each use of one of these features consumes one credit. Credits can be purchased as packs.

What are paid extras (add-ons) on Resollo?

Paid extras are per-product boosts: Bump (moves the listing to the top of search results), Color Highlight (visually highlights the listing card), Featured (displays the product in a prominent featured section), and Priority Placement (ensures the listing appears at the top of its category). Each extra can be purchased for individual products independently of the subscription plan.
