Frequently asked questions
- Does this use the same credits as AI Autofill?
- No — replies use a separate credit pool, priced for everyday use: autofill and price suggestion are per-listing, replies are per-message, so they run on a much cheaper, higher-volume pack.
- Can I reply to reviews with AI too?
- Resollo doesn't offer public seller replies on reviews. A "Reply in chat" link takes you to the related order's chat instead, where the usual AI draft tool is available.
- Will it ever send a reply without me?
- No. The draft only fills the text box — you choose to edit it and send it yourself, every time.
- What if a buyer asks in a language I don't speak?
- The AI detects the question's language and drafts your reply in that same language, so you can send it as-is or translate it back for yourself.
